Highlights
Out of the 44 registered participants, 22 attended from around the world, including the U.S.A, India, and Trinidad & Tobago.
This workshop aimed to sensitize participants about the WiDS Global Datathon Dataset, which dealt with sex patterns in ADHD. It was divided into 4 sessions, 2 of which were hosted by Ms. Lesley-Ann Jurawan and 2 of which were hosted by Ms. Malini Ramberran. Firstly, Ms. Jurawan provided an introduction to Kaggle and showed how to access the datathon dataset. In the next session, she discussed the datathon challenge objectives and went through the variables in the dataset. In the final sessions, Ms. Malini Ramberran presented a Google Colab notebook which showed how the data can be manipulated and better understood.
