Here are some snapshots from our WiDS TT NextGen Workshop held on Wednesday, 12 March 2025, at San Juan North Secondary School! Dr. Letetia Addison (PhD, SFHEA) and Ms. Lesley-Ann Jurawan, from the WiDS TT team had a fantastic time interacting with 22 Form 5 Information Technology students and their teachers, who were eager to explore the world of data science and STEM.
During the session, students learned how to use Google Colab, gaining hands-on experience in coding and data science applications. Their enthusiasm was infectious as they engaged in the Mentimeter quiz, testing their knowledge and reinforcing key concepts in a fun and interactive way. 💡📊
